Simply superb.

Just loved the property. It's been years I have been visiting this Hotel with my Family & have great experience every time. Truste me i can't express by words. One must visit & experience, I can bet, you won't regret. Nice staff leading with s great owner.

We booked 2 rooms for 7 Adult & 1 Child for 22nd May to 24th may..
Staff booked us for 1 single AC Room non view( 22nd ,23rd ) & 1 single Non Ac room for 23rd,24th May..
We came for check in and asked for any better room..yes they offered one asking Rs 2000 more which i paid upfront and upgraded it...when my family went to the room it was Non ac( had booked Ac room)..
I asked for Ac.. room..the staff at reception avinash said will give another Ac room..you have to pay Rs 650 more...
I said show me room..now the answer he gives is I cannot show you the room I dont have staff ...but he can charge extra from you over and above the package decided..
We confronted him that he has to show us the room before we check in..see the audacity of avinash now...says take your money and go...this is not accepted we left the hotel immediately..
And asked him I need to speak to the owner..but owner never contacted ..the staff Avinash & Raj..both were very uncooperative..
We did not check in the property and left ...no refund given..no complaint entertained owner i guess Mr Firdaus Khambatta needs to look into this...
I will attach the screenshot of the chat where in the staff is accepting mistake was done by Avinash..but later the customer complaint was not forwarded to the superiors and even refund not offered..

WORSR EXPERIENCE

DON'T BOOK ROOMS HERE AT ALL. I TOLD AT THE RECEPTION THAT THERE'S NO ELECTRICITY IN MY ROOM AT ALL BUT THEY DIDN'T DO ANY THING ABOUT THAT. AND ASKED ME TO SHIFT TO ANOTHER ROOM. THERE WAS ELECTRICITY ISSUSE ONLY IN MY ROOM I CHECKED.
IN THE HOTEL IN THE GALLERY AND OTHER PLACES LIGHT WAS THERE.
WHY SHOULD I SHIFT TO ANOTHER ROOM WHEN I HAVE PAID FOR THE ROOM WITH BETTER VIEW.
THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME AT THE TIME OF BOOKING OR SHOULDN'T HAVE ALLOCATED ME THIS ROOM. AT LEAST THEY COULD HAVE SOLVED THE ISSUSE BEFORE ALLOCATING.
WORST EXPERIENCE HERE. NEVER EVER BOOK THIS PLACE EVER.

Don't fall for the view

Don't fall for the views in the picture. Probably one of those properties which try to overplayed the view card to hide their badly maintained properties. They don't clearly mention if the room is valley facing or not. Very badly maintained rooms.
