Great place to stay.

Mehak Hotel offers a comfortable place to stay with well-furnished rooms and clean facilities. The staff and management are friendly and always responsive to their guests. I am happy with my stay and would recommend the place to anyone traveling through Mansa.

Had a business trip, hotel service is very prompt and staff is very polite. owner of the hotel is awesome and will surely raise the bar of your expectations from hotel industry. Will stay again if get chance.

Delightful and Heartwarming experience

Mehak Hotel and Resort, Mansa is a special property. This I am saying not because of its good location or well appointed rooms (which are wonderful by the way) but because the team led by the owner Kunwarmeet Singh which is at your service throughout is such a dedicated one that they have in my personal experience taken the concept of customer service to beyond customer delight. I say this because they have through their excellent understanding of the concept of customer is king made truly feel as if I am worthy of royal treatment. I can think of no other hotel which makes such an effort to make a hotel one's home away from home. I visited this property twice and the second time I was given same comfortable, cosy and well appointed room which I was given earlier just on this basis that I would not find the room unfamiliar..... if all hotel industry professionals would go to this level then their would be no dissatisfied guests in my humble opinion. To have a good property is one thing but to have such a customer service dedication ethos in the service team along with a good property is an altogether wonderfully different and unexpectedly Heartwarming experience. Kudos and best wishes for the future to the team at Mehak Hotel and Resort led by Kunwarmeet Singh and family. Would love to visit again.....thank you for a wonderful service experience :-).

Nice

It wasn't difficult to find the hotel. The room was great and clean. Washroom was super clean. Hot water was available. Bed was very comfortable. The room was quite spacious. The stay was satisfactory.

Good

Very good place for visitors and travelers to check out their food is very good quality and service is very good all place is hygienic and clean water is of good quality all over atmosphere is nice and view is good
