Comfortable stay with basic amenities

Visited Lucknow for a wedding and just walked in to enquire for room availability and we're greeted with friendly reception. We're provided the deluxe room which had a comfortable double bed and extra bed on request. Bathrooms were maintained clean. Overall had a comfortable stay. Kudos to the management!

Nice Hotel for quick visit..

I guess this is the nearest hotel to lucknow airport....
If u r visiting lucknow for a business trip then its the best choice...
In the mid off airport and bus stop...
Railway station is also not too far...
Staff is also very cooperative and owner is very friendly...

Rooms were affordable and well maintained

When i visited there i was given a deluxe room only available at that time.my budget was a bit tight and i told them the same, they gave me the expensive room at a much lower price which gave me relief.the staff was good and trustable..The hotel is situated at a good location too.

So lousy, you can't ignore it...

Chose this hotel as there was a wedding nearby... bad mistake... it looked shabby and staff was rude... training won't work...they need full HR course in behavioral management...
Good points:
1. Reasonably priced
2. Room had attached bathooms
3. Room had TV and AC
4. TV remote wasn't working... and AC didn't start either... but they were decent enough to shift me to another room... but no help came to shift the bags...we had to do it our self...
Need improvement here...and I have a long list...
1. Hotel has no restaurant, though upon asking they agreed to provide breakfast... unaware of the misery which lay ahead, we asked for aloo paratha with curd...well, curd came before paratha and no saucers or spoon... no salt / pepper...and after chasing them twice, came parathas...without additional plates...I asked waiter for salt / pepper, and he simply ignored me... then upon asking again, I was told that they don't have salt / pepper...excuse me... then how they made paratha without salt? Finally, I was told that they dont have a restaurant and have brought parathas from nearby.
2. Lousy room service... do I need to say more on this???
3. No hot water arrangement...we needed some hot water for kids, but never got...
4. No bathing amenities except dirty towel, that too for one person... though we were three in room...
5. Dysfunctional AC... but they changed our room... can't complain now...
6. Staff was rude... looked as if they werent interested in serving and were least interested in making guests stay comfortable.
7. Too many mosquitoes... though 'good night' was provided... it was ineffective against a huge army of mosquitoes
