Not suggesting anyone

Two years ago, I had positive experiences staying at Crescent multiple times, finding their service and amenities satisfactory. However, when I recommended it to a family member recently, their experience was disappointing. Despite the 2:00 pm check-in time, they had to wait until 4:30 pm, and the room was subpar, with an unclean bathroom and overall inadequate cleanliness. Additionally, they haven't recieved any better response on this issue from reception.
Moreover, the pool water was dense with excessive chlorine, and there was a persistent smell from the front side of the room, possibly due to nearby mud pools. The only positive aspect was the breakfast. Overall, due to poor service and amenities, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone in the future.

Excellent Nature"s Treat

I enjoyed the two days stay here. Rooms are simple, but neat and clean. AC was working well. Morning tea time in balcony or morning stroll is the best time I liked. Breakfast was simple but good, not too many choices, but fresh and homely. Boys were not in dress but courteous enough.

God's own Country/Waynad

We had a lovely stay very close to nature surrounded by trees and coffee plantations. Woke up to the lovely sounds of rains and the chirping birds. We had given the cottage.it was neat and tidy. Bathrooms were spotless. Hospitality was great, well trained staff. Tasty breakfast. Will definitely get back again.

Fun time with friends and nature

Good Ambience and amazing service. The pool has area that is safe for toddlers-which was a highlight for me. MAybe the childrens play area can be a little more equipped for families
Overall, I had no complaints
