Unforgettable Experience with Outstanding Service
A special thanks to Natia at the reception, who was incredibly professional, warm, and welcoming — she made our experience even more memorable from the very beginning.
The food at the lobby bar was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast was outstanding — one of the best we’ve had. The breakfast staff were highly qualified, attentive, and provided excellent service.
The hotel’s atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, the location is perfect, and the rooms are extremely comfortable.
We especially loved the billiard room — it offers the perfect environment to unwind, with a huge TV and a very cozy, inviting atmosphere.
Everything — from service to facilities — was simply perfect.
We highly recommend Kokhta Bakuriani to anyone looking for a wonderful and unforgettable stay.

Pleasant hotel with good access to slopes. Plenty of room for simple improvements
The hotel could be great but there were several factors that would prevent us from returning. Found the environment a little unwelcoming with staff quite dismissive. Rooms were surface clean only and could do with a deeper clean (hairs etc). Very little storage in rooms, so for a ski break not adequate.
Overall I think it’s probably the best you could get within this location. Great cocktails and food but lots of scope for basic improvement.
