This is my second time staying at this hotel; it is excellent, and all the staff members are polite. I would love to stay there again.

BEWARE - WORST hotel experience in my entire life. DO NOT STAY HERE.

KAILA (front desk receptionist) - probably the worst receptionist in the entire hotel industry. Disgusting attitude, shouts all the time, laughs LOUDLY and treats customers as if she is friends with her. Coughs all the time without covering her mouth. a) Tells the customer "Halika Sir, dito ka sakin." b) Purposefully and intentionally excludes the deposit of 1,000 for each customer whenever he or she forgets. For my business partner, she intentionally even added the cost of early check-in which was already paid prior.

This is a 1 star hotel!

The hotel is infested with ants and big cockroaches.The hotel staff is great except for the front desk team ( supposed to be the face of the hotel).You cannot access WIFI in some rooms and the front desk team will ask you to sit in the lobby if you want to use WIFI ( had a business conference call at 10pm and this is the response I got).House keeping, security and restaurant staff are all great and should probably switch positions with the front desk staff as they are super unhelpful and only know how to communicate when there are fees/money involved.I arrived at the hotel at 1:12 pm and had to pay an early checking in fee if I wanted to access the room 40min early!Not sure which fascilities they have as i received zero info at checking in.

Everything was good. Everything was wonderful, the staff was very polite. I would go to this hotel again.

I stayed twice at this property, and my experiences were mixed. The single deluxe room needed a lot of TLC. The bathroom sink was falling apart, the shower had a lot of lime scale, the towels are thin and almost threadbare, there were lines of tiny ants crawling up the walls. But at least the AC worked fine, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The Superior King room was in much better condition (but they still need to work on cleaning those shower fixtures). They have a restaurant on-site. If you're a little more adventurous, there is a market right beside it where you can get fruit and veggies and fresh-grilled fish for dinner. Best part of my stay was the staff - they were always helpful and professional. If you choose to stay, upgrade to the Superior King.
