Highly recommended but warning there's a few steps

Stayed at apartment E26 on 25th June '24.
Wow !! What a beautiful place, Modern, clean, comfortable and amazing views from the balcony. Yes there are steps up to it and through complex and it is tiring if you're on the mature side but we'll worth it.
The pool is cold but you will be glad of it.
Communication from the managing team were very informative and helpful.
I will be staying here again and would highly recommend. Scores a 10 from me

Apartment quite small certainly not far from the beach and far enough from the noise due to the thousands of tourists who circulate among the solicitors of hundreds of restaurants. Single beds quite uncomfortable to bed bases in bad condition. Nice pool area but unusable except for Inuit and again.

Avoid!!

AVOID at all costs! We stated at apartment E16 which is unliveable, never mind suitable for paying guests. Riddled with damp and cockroaches (that fly!) it’s dated, dirty and disgusting. Cockroaches in the shower, in the kitchen and in every nook and cranny.
We had to cut our holiday short as we simply couldn’t stand these conditions anymore. We’ve since learned that the owners are fully aware of this, but too cheap to deal with this issue!
We’ve heard more horror stories about this property that would give you nightmares - we believe they may not even have the adequate licences to be renting!
We contacted the owners for a resolution or refund, and were promised a call but were continually ignored… we are beyond disgusted with this place and the people who own it.
I have contacted booking.com to advise them of this as this shouldn’t be an offering on their site. We have also contacted relevant local authorities and La Guardia Civil to lodge official complaints.

Enjoyable Stay

This is a lovely bright & clean apartment, which is very centrally located in Costa Teguise. Nice pool area, although due to weather, this was not used. Everything you could need in the kitchen for a self catering holiday. Lots of bars, restaurants & cafes within 5 minute walk and the same to access the beach.
I would say that if you have mobility issues, and struggle with stairs, this would not be the place for you, as only accessible via a flight of stairs. I would also say, if you prefer a softer bed, the king bed in the main bedroom was very firm. Not an issue for us, but may be for others. We did come across an issue with the blind in the main bedroom. This was reported and we were told it would be repaired but wasn't done whilst we were there. Wasn't a huge problem as we improvised with a blanket.
In all, a very pleasant stay. We had a few days of poor weather and were pleased to find the TV was a smart TV with Netflix & Disney+ apps, that we were able to log in to using our profiles.
Great bonus was having a washing machine, so were able to fly with just hand luggage which was fabulous. Overall, great stay.

Very good

We were in c7 which didn’t get great reviews. We though it was great. Needs a bit of a face lift, especially kitchen area but still well equipped. Fantastic location with great sea views. Very clean and beds very comfy. Would definitely return.
