A highly recommended accommodation.

I had stayed at this lovely hotel on several occasions, but I have to say, this time has been exceptional. Both the treatment, as well as the facilities we have been given, dinner and breakfast and of course the cleanliness and rooms.
Very comfortable beds.
We were a group of cyclists and were allowed to keep overnight the bikes in a very comfortable and safe place.
Both Juan, and the girl who attended us in the dining room, showed great professionalism.
That's nice to move.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel located in beautiful nature, reasonable rooms at reasonable prices. The menu is limited but sufficient. Good breakfast.

Unbeatable location but the service was lacking

The hotel has spacious rooms and a small but comfortable bed. The views and location are unbeatable. Friendly staff, but the service has disappointed us quite a bit.
Breakfast starts at 9:00 AM, which is quite late for a mountain hotel, where many guests wake up early to go hiking. At least you had the option for them to prepare it for you in a shelter-like manner. Dinner was only served until 9:00 PM, and if you arrived at 9:15 PM, they would directly tell you that it was closed. Keep in mind that there are few services or bars in the area, some close early, so you might end up without dinner.
Moreover, the quality of the food at dinner seemed very poor: frozen food, pasta cooked with practically no ingredients... and paying around €65 per dinner, it honestly felt like a scam.
The worst part was waking up after a tough day in the mountains and finding that the breakfast and café service was closed 'for staff rest.' It is incomprehensible that a hotel leaves its guests without the possibility of having breakfast. We leave with a bittersweet taste...

We were delighted!!!

Very quiet hotel with stunning views in a rural setting. Simple but cozy room, Delighted with the attention of SOFIA who personally took care that we did not lack anything and felt comfortable. We will repeat without a doubt.

Very good site

We were at this hotel in September, we were very comfortable, the room was very spacious, although the bathroom should have been a little bigger. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive, the room was clean. Breakfast was very good, as was dinner. The location is perfect and the views spectacular. Without a doubt a very good place to visit the Picos de Europa.
