Club Simo Aparthotel sijaitsee lähellä rantaa. Cala Agullan uimaranta ja Punta de N'Amerin torni ovat hyviä kohteita alueen luonnosta kiinnostuneille, ja alueen mielenkiintoisiin kohteisiin kuuluvat Fantasy Park ja Safari Zoo. Tämän 3 tähden huoneistohotellin huoneissa on keittonurkkaus, jossa on jääkaappi, liesi ja astiat/ruokailuvälineet. Kylpyhuoneista löytyy suihku ja ilmaiset hygieniatuotteet. Taulutelevisio, satelliittikanavat. Tässä huoneistohotellissa käytössäsi on ympäri vuorokauden auki oleva kuntokeskus ja kauden mukainen ulkouima-allas. Seuraavat aktiviteetit ovat saatavilla joko paikan päällä tai sen lähistöllä, ja ne saattavat olla maksullisia. Seuraavat tilat on suljettu kausittain joka vuosi. The reality is very different from the pictures
The photos used on Booking.com are very misleading and, in our experience, have little to do with the actual condition of the hotel. They mostly show the renovated rooms, while the unrenovated rooms are not represented at all. Only a small number of rooms seem to have been renovated, while most of the hotel appears to have been left unchanged for many years.
What makes this even more disappointing is that most travel agencies use the same photos when advertising the hotel. You arrive expecting what you saw in the pictures, only to discover that the reality can be completely different. Be prepared for some unpleasant surprises.
The furniture in our room was very old, worn and visibly damaged, and the kitchen was poorly equipped. We had to buy some things in order to prepare a meal for our son with special needs.
The air conditioning was another major issue. It had an unpleasant smell, barely worked, and was extremely noisy — it sounded more like a tractor than an air conditioner. The shower was also in poor condition, and the space between the toilet and the shower was extremely narrow and uncomfortable.
On the positive side, the food was actually quite good and there was a decent variety of dishes. This was probably the best part of our stay.
Overall, the hotel is in serious need of renovation. If you are considering staying here, I strongly recommend looking beyond the promotional photos and keeping in mind that the room you actually receive may look very different from what is shown online.
Unfortunately, the condition of the accommodation was a major disappointment, and I would not recommend this hotel.

That said, we are truly sorry that several aspects of your stay fell short of your expectations. We regret that the online images did not reflect the apartment you received. With 137 units of different types, some have been modernised while others maintain a more classic style. Our reception team is always on hand to address any concerns, whether related to in-room facilities or missing kitchenware, and we only wish we had been given the opportunity to assist during your stay.
Nonetheless, we are glad you appreciated our dining offering, and we hope to have the chance to welcome you back for a more seamless experience.

Pleasant vacation in Cala Millor
The room was clean and well-maintained. A strong point of the property is definitely the staff: both at the reception and at the restaurant we found very kind, helpful people who were always attentive to the customer's needs.
The pools are also very nice, as is the entertainment, which is organized very effectively. A special mention goes to Pablo, the head entertainer, who proved to be very friendly, helpful, and excellent at coordinating and organizing all the entertainment activities at the property. It was certainly very much appreciated.
As a constructive suggestion, I would revise the meal times a bit, as they are quite close to each other. In particular, breakfast starts perhaps a little too late, while lunch and especially dinner hours end a little too early. Greater flexibility in the hours would make the experience even more pleasant.
Overall, however, a property that I recommend and where we spent a pleasant stay.

È meraviglioso che abbia vissuto una vacanza così positiva nella nostra struttura.
Ci rallegra che abbia apprezzato la pulizia degli ambienti e la professionalità del nostro team, dalla reception al ristorante. Inoltre, ci fa particolarmente piacere che le attività organizzate dal nostro reparto animazione siano state tra i momenti più significativi del suo soggiorno.
Tuttavia, comprendiamo che alcuni aspetti logistici possano aver creato disagi e prenderemo in considerazione il suo suggerimento per ottimizzare i nostri servizi.
Nonostante ciò, siamo felici che abbia potuto godere delle nostre piscine e dell’atmosfera rilassata che contraddistingue il Club Simo.
