Quiet

The experience is one to repeat; in fact, we have already made plans. Everything in general was a 10; the staff treated us like family. It was closed to the public, only for reservations, very quiet. But above all, the cleanliness and the service... It was incredible, a shout-out to Rebeca and Carla. See you again

Poor treatment.

Do not go, terrible phone service.
They try not to reserve through Booking.com and insist on direct bookings; if you do not show up due to the poor treatment received, they charge the full reservation without attending, yet they do work with Booking.com.

Very happy in this hotel

We have been in this hotel for the weekend and we are delighted, I read when a few negative reviews arrive and I can not disagree more, it is a 2 star hotel and it more than complies. We have been in a room for 4 people and it was great, spacious, the very comfortable beds we have slept great, the treatment of the hotel workers unbeatable, have helped us in everything, very happy.
Perhaps the cleanliness could be improved, but the beds and bathroom was clean.If we go back there we will surely repeat.

A real tease shot

We book for work and after collecting the reservation, and once there, we are told that there is no reservation and that if we want to stay there we have to pay a new reservation.
I recommend everyone who has trouble asking for a claim sheet because the owner is a real unpresentable who has little or no desire to work.
I wouldn't come back even if they invited me!!!

Ok if you need somewhere to sleep

The room was fine but a bit tired. The heat was turned off so we were pretty cold overnight. I was here nine years ago and it seemed better then. The restaurant is good but the next door Estrella had better prices. When the owner walked in he didn't even nod as a greeting to a paying guest.
