The room was clean. The staff was kind. It's in a good location. Check-in and check-out were easy.

Immaculate cleanliness and great location

I stayed two nights, between 8 and 10 April 2025. The guesthouse kept exactly what it promised. What caught my attention was the cleaning note one thousand. Everything looks new and the floors and walls are of an impeccable white. Room wide and smelly.
It is a few metres from Beto Carrero Park and has a very complete breakfast: options of breads, colds, fruits and desserts. The reception works 24 hours a day and they give you the option of leaving your bags there to pick up afterwards, which makes it much easier for guests who check out before going to the park and are not in the car, as was my case.
They also offer some facilities such as a hairdryer and iron to pass clothes.
It is practically on the main street and close to the main restaurants and establishments in the region.

Breakfast and Double Bed

We stayed there for 2 days (1st January/2025 until 3/01/25) to go to Beto Carreiro. It is possible to walk, we were with two children (4 and 8 years), in relation to the location is good. The double bed, practically no mattress, super thin and soft, we slept feeling the bed ribs on our backs, (we spent the nights). Now the worst in my view are the guest house rules in relation to breakfast, it is very late, it starts at 7:30, on our last day I already wanted to pick up the road earlier. At 7:00 a.m. there was already a few things on the table and they didn't let the coffee go in advance to pick up the road. I had to drive 2200km to get home and they didn't have empathy with us. I didn't even ask for much, we would be content with what was already served, a simple black coffee, with a cookie or piece of cake would meet us, a milk with chocolate for the children would already make us happy and satisfied, but they didn't even want to let us in the breakfast hall, with these items already placed, and detail, the juice nor natural is a bag. In summary at 7:00h we started our car without having breakfast at the guest house, we had to stop at a gas station right in front of us. I consider myself a professional traveler, we are not demanding, and it was the first time I encountered this kind of situation. 1st breakfast is served very late and 2nd did not allow us to have coffee with what was already served. I do not recommend this accommodation!

Worst experience of life!

We left the North of Brazil to spend a vacation in SC and booked this guest house to celebrate my son's 2nd birthday at Beto Carrero. The grandparents who live in the South were too. It turns out that 3 days before the lodging was issued an orange storm alert and we contacted the hotel to cancel the reservation, but it was not possible due to the rules of the same (since we made the reservation directly with the hostel) and under the allegation that “at the coast the climate changes very quickly”. On the day we still called the manager and tried to negotiate to pay half for the cancellation due to being with children and the elderly and was not accepted. We had to stay there and it rained literally 24 hours without stopping, there was no condition to go to Beto Carrero we had to get a bottleneck to go to a closed attraction in Balneário Camboriú to celebrate the birthday of our son. If that was not enough, we were still placed on the top floor and the guesthouse is pretty bad. The double bed is so soft that we sleep in the single bed. The breakfast has few options and was with green banana and burned waffle. Something that was to be special for our family became the worst hosting experience we've ever had, both for lack of humanity and poor quality.

Excellent location

Excellent location, pertinho do Beto 4 minutes to pe, has restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy.
Service from the Inn and excellent, always attentive receptionist.
2 points to improve, Lack of orange juice in breakfast and bed mattresses.
