Wonderful stay!

The guesthouse is great. We were very well received and served! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. In addition, the pool is great, has a bar with various drinks, coconut water and snacks. Breakfast was very good tbm. I will definitely be back again!

It's not worth it! Structure with lack of maintenance.

NEGATIVE POINTS:
1. Fourth fede urine, when questioning at the reception and asking to change room, informed that the wood is that exudes the smell. Every day was shaking. They commented that other customers have already complained about the same thing. So why not solve the problem immediately?
2. There was no room cleaning, I was informed that I would have to request (no written notice);
3. I stayed 3 nights, in no day I saw cleaning in the pool (the water was blurred);
4. Bathroom does not match the advertised photo;
5. Breakfast: it is an open area, next door there is a sandstone. The city had wind all day long. So it's not hygienic and I often picked up dirty cutters/with waste. On Sunday, a lot was missing, there was no replacement. It's weak.
6. Location: is a bit far to walk up to the main street of the center (but that I had science).
The hotel has a very good and beautiful area, but it is clear that it does not have proper maintenance.

Satisfactory

Very good the hostel. Spacious, away from agitation, comfortable room. Good bed linen and towels. Breakfast with varied items.
Room with lockers, fridge bar and TV. Gave to rest well.
It's not walking in the sand, nor running on the brodway, but being in the car, that's no problem. It has internal parking.

A place that could be yours.

Place full of charm and grace. Captivating and attentive employees. Breakfast with the care of a grandfather's house. The spaces very comfortable and cozy, of a pleasant beauty to the eyes. The pool and top wet bar. Well located and safe. There's parking. And all you need, the hotel staff is quick for you.

Well located Inn, missed the box in the bathroom in the bathroom, unavailability of towels for use or rent.

Aptos do not have the right to bath towel only for use in the room, when traveling take towels or buy in the city, who likes to travel and enjoy the sea remember that the hotel does not provide, nor for rental. The bathroom I stayed in has no box with this the floor is always wet.
Well located the Inn however would not stay again.
