Thank you so much for such a lovely review. It honestly made us smile reading it!
I am so happy to hear that you enjoyed your time with us while you were in Melbourne for work. We know that being away from home for work can sometimes feel like a long stretch, so hearing that you felt welcomed and comfortable with us really means a lot.
Thank you especially for your words about our team. We genuinely enjoy getting to know the people who stay with us, having a chat when we see you at reception and helping out with whatever we can. Knowing that you felt that warmth during your stay is probably the nicest feedback we could receive.
I also loved that you mentioned the vibe of the property. We want Quest Mont Albert to feel comfortable and easy, somewhere you can come back to after your day, relax and feel at home for a little while.
And seeing you say that you will definitely stay with us again was the best part of the review. We would absolutely love to have you back and look after you again next time work brings you to Melbourne.
Thank you again for the perfect 5 out of 5 and for taking a few minutes out of your day to write something so kind about us. It really does mean a lot to the whole team.

Extremely loud renovations.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
Firstly, I'm really pleased to hear that you found the hotel and your room clean and enjoyed the property overall. At the same time, I'm genuinely sorry that the renovation works affected your stay.
I completely understand how frustrating unexpected noise can be, and I sincerely apologise that it impacted your experience.
As part of a significant investment in upgrading Quest Mont Albert, we are currently renovating a number of our apartments to provide an even better experience for our guests. The good news is that these renovations are scheduled to be completed by the end of this year.
To minimise disruption as much as possible, all noisy construction work is strictly limited to between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm each day. We have intentionally restricted these hours so guests can enjoy quieter mornings and evenings, while allowing our team to continue improving the property.
I appreciate that this doesn't change your experience, and I'm sorry the timing coincided with your stay. We truly value your patience and understanding while we complete these final stages of our refurbishment.
I sincerely hope you'll consider visiting us again once the renovations have been completed. I'm confident you'll be able to enjoy not only the peace and quiet you were expecting, but also all of the newly refurbished apartments and facilities that these works are creating.
Thank you again for your honest feedback, and I hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back to Quest Mont Albert in the future.
Warm regards,
Quest Mont Albert

Thank you so much for your incredible review.
I genuinely can't tell you how much it means to read comments like yours. Your review perfectly captures what we hope every guest experiences when they stay with us.
I was especially pleased to hear that the booking process was easy and that we were able to tailor your stay to suit your family's needs, from your preferred apartment location to the bed configuration. We know that it's often the little details that make a stay feel effortless, and we're always happy to personalise things wherever we can.
It was also wonderful to hear that your apartment had everything you needed and that it felt "like home." That is exactly what we strive to create at Quest Mont Albert. We want our guests to feel comfortable, relaxed, and settled from the moment they arrive.
What truly touched me, though, was your kind recognition of our team. Reading that our staff were the absolute highlight of your stay is something I'll be incredibly proud to share with everyone. We genuinely love getting to know our guests and making sure they feel welcomed and well looked after, so knowing that came through in your experience means the world to us.
To finish your review by saying it was "one of the best accommodations we've experienced" is an extraordinary compliment, and one that none of us will take for granted.
Thank you again for your wonderful feedback and for choosing Quest Mont Albert. It was an absolute pleasure having you and your family stay with us, and we can't wait to welcome you back for another stress free, home away from home experience.
Warm regards,
