I strongly advise against this hotel.

Avoid at all costs!!!!!
The most horrible and worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life, and not worthy of a 5-star rating.
Everything was wrong, starting with the room.
Everything was falling apart, nothing worked, no soap, no shower gel, etc....
The breakfast was absolutely disgusting.
Spa, pool, gym not great, plus morning hours for women and afternoon for men. TERRIBLE……
Avoid it.
You are going to be very disappointed.

CATASTROPHIC ROOFTOP

CATASTROPHIC Service!!! Probably apprentices because they are not qualified waiters for a 5 Stars , serve with toothpicks in their mouths , smoke cigarettes in front of customers while serving dishes!Order 2 milkshake and 1 pancake, almost 1 hour later arrived the milkshake without the pancake.
After 2 claims, I was entitled to a "there is too much order, it is either it prepares you milkshake or pancake"
So I canceled the pancake.
No education, the staff stay in band and this mocking customers really is shocking for such a place.
I do not recommend at all
PLEASE CHANGE YOUR TOWEL DOORS IT'S JUST NOT POSSIBLE.
