No seriousness, professionalism, or humanity.

REAL experience: an extremely disappointing and unreliable reservation request.
Interactions with this establishment were marked by contradictory information and a lack of clear coordination. The reservation conditions changed several times throughout the exchanges (by phone and then by email), without coherent explanation.
After receiving an initial indication of availability, I was informed that the room was ultimately suitable for only one person, whereas it had been mentioned for 2 people.
Shortly thereafter, I was informed that the room was already reserved.
This succession of changes in information and inconsistencies in handling requests indicates a lack of seriousness and reliability in processing reservations.
I strongly advise against relying on their confirmations until their internal management is clarified. I can provide proof of the exchanges!

Satisfaction of my stay

I stayed for the second time at the Brahmi Béjaia ville hotel.
Everything was perfect: the reception, the room,
the breakfast buffet, the restaurant.
The entire hotel team is courteous, friendly, available, professional.
I'm very satisfied.
I will come back and recommend.

A perfect stay in a quiet, clean and welcoming hotel

This is my second stay at Hotel Brahmi and I am still so thrilled. The establishment stands out for its impeccable cleanliness, exceptional calm and ideal location, close to all amenities. The staff is outstanding: always smiling, attentive and exemplary professionalism. The restaurant is a real pleasure for the taste buds, with delicious and carefully prepared dishes, and the staff greatly contributes to making meals even more enjoyable through its kindness and efficiency. The hotel offers excellent value for money, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I wish to express my sincere thanks to the manager for his seriousness, professionalism and kindness, which make each stay memorable. Hotel Brahmi is, without a doubt, an address I recommend.

Worst hotel in Algeria

Worst hotel in Algeria, underqualified staff, do not go. I went around Algeria everything went well except there it was catastrophic. The Kabyles are very welcoming and this hotel does not reflect the rest of Bejaia at all. Go somewhere else you'll be much better.
