During this time, room services (including but not limited to: room cleaning, item replacement, and maintenance) will be temporarily suspended.7. If room service is unable to clean the room promptly, please dial extension "0" from the room phone to request room cleaning service from the Guest Services Center.8. If room facilities are damaged, the hotel will charge the guest compensation according to the hotel's room/public area damage compensation standards.9. If a pet causes personal injury to other guests/staff in the hotel, such as scratches or bites, the pet owner will be liable for all related compensation, including but not limited to cash compensation, and legal action.10. By bringing a pet into the hotel, guests assume full responsibility for the pet. Guests should bring their own pet food and medication.
