My room A/C was not working properly, we contacted the staff they trying out to fix but because was working with the key when you take the key out from the switch the setting will be out again

The location of the hotel is awesome. It’s really near to a major metro station, monoprix, McDonald’s and Starbucks. Some room can see the Eiffel Tower twinkle at night as well. We are lucky to have one of those rooms.

The location is great, what made me rate it low are the employees. The receptionists on May 15 2026 at 5am is condescending. The way he communicates with us is condescending when we we're trying to check out. It seemed like we woke him up from sleeping, all the lights we're off, his hair is messy and the demeanor is unprofessional.
The room smelled like vinegar and pungent and ask if we can transfer room when we checked in, but the receptionist said no, nothing we can do. We can just leave the room and give money back. Again, location, great! Staff, bad.
