Clean, cozy, safe.
If you are by private transport, the location will not faze you - the slide is quite steep. But any tsunami isn't scary here.
Beautiful clean pool, rooms a little tired but clean. She moved into a pool-view room for a small surcharge. There's a refrigerator, and 7/11 down the mountain.
The area is treated for insects on the second floor never once flew.
It's mostly the French on vacation.
At the reception, the silence at night by the pool is closely monitored - your sleep is guarded
Lots of parking for cars
The price is nice. I think I'll be back here.

Comfortable and quiet rest
Wonderful hotel on the rise. We've had a free upgrade from an upgraded conventional to an upgraded kitchen with direct access to the pool. Apparently, due to the low season and the renovation of the rest of the rooming stock, all the residents were accommodated a little more. And our room was really cool, we didn't want to leave the hotel! The room is a little tired, especially the kitchen, especially the fridge and microwave, but very spacious, clean and functional. The air conditioning is in the bedroom only, in the living room fan. The kitchen has a microwave, a full gas cooker, a toaster, a kettle, a large fridge, a sink, a set of dishes for three (glasses, glasses, mugs, 3 plate sizes, wide peals, pot, container, pan, salad bowl, spoons/forks/knives, corkscrew, shoulder blades, cutting board, vegetable peeling). The sink has a sponge and washing liquid. The room has a hairdryer, a care package.
The infrastructure is 200 metres from the hotel, but getting to Topsy's Food Shopping Shop is a straight-forward effort, the steepest slide I've seen in a while!
There are mosquitoes, not much, but if you open the doors and windows, you feel their presence at night. We were prepped and bought repellents in a 7/11 outlet, two at once, so the mosquitoes didn't touch us. Sometimes you find geckos of babies in the rooms, they apparently crawl into the cold if you forget to close the windows and doors.
Breakfasts are not rich in variety, the station is small, but there are everything: omelets, scramble, croissants, muesli, coffee machine and instant coffee, milk, teas, juices (not like in regular hotels, chemistry like Yuppy or Invita, but similar to natural, but from concentrate), fruits, vegetables fresh and stewed, greens, sausages, bacon, ham, toast, jams, chicken. And everything is fresh, not veiled, covered with domes, lids, eggs cooked in your presence. And breakfast is not like in regular hotels until 10, but also until 11 o'clock, which is very convenient for those who like to sleep. We really enjoyed the breakfasts here.
The pool is just a place of attraction! It is spacious, clean, the water is refreshing but not cold, variable depths from 75 cm and up to 1.6 meters. There's a fountain and a Jacuzzi in the pool bowl. You can swim from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The deckchairs are new and there are many, all under large umbrellas, but you can always find a place to sunbathe. There's a massage pavilion right next to the pool. The price is 50% higher somewhere than in economy salons in Patong, but still it is very little if converted to rubles or dollars and compared to salons, say, in Moscow. You can't go to the pool with food and drink, so you won't see any drunken pool parties here.
The property is very green, the paths between the bushes and trees, the lawns, they are constantly trimmed and watered. Lots of bright butterflies and little lizards singing birds.
At the reception you can rent bikes, in a range of about 5-6 models of different capacities, prices from 200 baht per day. There are ads for different tours. The hotel has a shuttle to Patong, a lobby bar, a pool bar (not open for us, apparently only open during the season and at full hotel capacity).
We really enjoyed the hotel, especially good for those who are not fans of noisy resorts, but want to relax in silence.

Beautiful vacation
Pleasant stay in the calm of the hustle and bustle of Patong. Beautiful swimming pool. Spacious apartment with a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool, well equipped for those who wish to cook. French-speaking establishment. I recommend this hotel.

Beautiful Residence located in a position that guarantees tranquility and relaxation
It is the fourth time we have gone to this beautiful residence. Both for family and as a couple it guarantees relaxation with a beautiful swimming pool and tropical garden. Unfortunately since the change of ownership the services are less well looked after, the breakfast is incomplete, monotonous, with the butter left in the heat and on our advice then put in a bowl with ice, cleaning in the rooms done in a hurry and not perfect and above all 30 days of complaints for the failure of the TV to work with terrible channel reception and total lack of the Italian language channel. Months ago we already recommended a scale at reception to help customers before going to the airport to avoid overweight luggage but nothing yet, even if the investment would be minimal. There is no valid management figure for the management of the hotel staff, truly a shame!

Ok for a quiet hotel in Patong
Had to quickly find 5 nights in Patong when we arrived. Almost all of the hotels were fully booked at that time, so we chose this hotel.
The room we had was spartanly furnished but everything was functional.
We particularly liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. TOP SERVICE!
The hotel is on a small hill and, as some have already said, it is a little steep uphill. Not really suitable for seniors. It is best to take a taxi that will take you up.
There is also a free shuttle service to and from the beach.
Breakfast could be improved. I would not book this again.
