Very positive experience
Friendly and customer-oriented staff.
Quiet location with plenty of parking space in the WE. 15 min drive from Koblenz city.
Beautiful and spacious room.

Almost perfect!
Great location, fast and attentive check-in, great suite, absolutely quiet, the Rhine right outside the door, extremely delicious restaurant "Loft" in the building with brilliant service. Colorful mix of nice guests. Would love to come back anytime.

Completely satisfied!
Great, new hotel in a good location near Koblenz and Neuwied. Very nice and functional rooms with very well-insulated windows, making them very quiet. Coffee and tea and a bottle of water are free of charge in the room. Great breakfast on the 5th floor with a roof terrace, everything is there and always freshly replenished. Sufficient free parking spaces. Very friendly staff from check-in and breakfast to check-out. The Frames was the right choice for our weekend stay - we will definitely come back and can recommend the hotel without reservation.

Well located hotel, new and modern
I was drawn to this place for business, I was looking for a hotel well located on the highway and came across the new hotel here. From the outside. One of the boxes you already know from other cities, not very appealing. Nevertheless, advantage free parking directly at the hotel.
Upon check-in, it was announced that there had been a free upgrade, in the aftermath I asked myself the question of which room you would have received if you downgraded. Let's get to the room. The room had also been quite modern, as usual in many hotels. The mattress in bed was mega located through, although the hotel is not yet that old. You lay on a banana.
From the shower the water has flowed, into the bathroom not a good solution .
The window couldn't be left open. The room was on the first floor under the window parking cars the train could be heard driving a few meters further along. All in all, not a nice upgrade that you received. I couldn't address it anymore, because I didn't notice this condition until the evening in bed.
Let's come to the breakfast of the hotel, a nicely prepared breakfast room with really good rolls eating real delicious rolls again. Then cheese that stuck together. Two kinds of sausage, and one kind of cheese cut that stuck together, is not necessarily a sign of fresh at the breakfast table.
There were just juices, tomato juice is missing

The coffee tastes quite good , the scrambled eggs were also fine. The salmon did not taste good and also not fresh lay heavy in the stomach..
only plus, you had a nice view as the breakfast restaurant is on the fifth floor and for under 20 € it was still a pleasant price for the selection. However, I must say it would have done 15 € or less too. .
All in one a stay you can make sometime. I wouldn't want to recommend this hotel and also choose another hotel when passing through next time. . there is also an evening restaurant in the hotel. I wrote another review about this.

Super room, super friendly staff, was allowed to bring my dog without any problems. Would definitely come back.
