My reason to go to polling

They have the best food, are incredibly kind and funny, have a beautiful beer garden, nice rooms, and a very good breakfast. Idyllic!

Top service, excellent cuisine

We celebrated here with eight people the Diamond Wedding of the in-laws. We were allowed to decorate the table before the opening and were immediately supplied with drinks. Saskia, who was in charge of our table, was very attentive without being intrusive. The whole service was at the highest level, friendly and fast. The allergies of a guest were dealt with constructively and naturally, as well as all change requests.
The food was excellent, very fresh and of high quality. The creations were extraordinary and very tasty. Only the Schäuferle sauce was a bit too salty for our taste.
Thanks again to Saskia for your great service. We will definitely come back.

Air upwards

Food in the beer garden is expensive for my taste and nothing special.Staff in the food preparation seem like students in the temporary job (that's how it tastes)In the restaurant the cheese spetzles were bazig, nothing special either.
The Wienerschnitzel was good (albeit at a proud price).
Were in the group at Assumption there, excessive loud music, entertainment was not possible.
Otherwise a nice beer garden.

Glad we found you guys.

After a total of three visits within 10 days, my wife and I can see the following...
You can also eat very well in a (in the best sense) down-to-earth restaurant without put on tamtamtam and fuss. In addition, one is also served here friendly and uncomplicated.
In detail, we should mention...
Dumpling trio with side salad, spinach dumplings, beetroot dumplings, press dumplings: Well-crafted, extremely full-bodied and tasty vegetarian alternative.
Highly praised by my wife, that means something. Even the side salad is worth mentioning. Fresh, delicious with top vinaigrette.
Pretzel dumpling carpaccio, romaine, egg, salad, onion vinaigrette, pumpkin seed mayo:
Funny thought and well done. Everything from consistency to pumpkin seed mayo to presentation is right here. Predicate: Risk of repetition.
Trout (day ticket) with saffron risotto: Risotto = world-class, trout = very good product, crispy skin, skillfully seasoned, could be cooked a little more towards "glassy", but this is a tiny detail with the otherwise top dish.
If you like, you can specify the cooking degree when ordering.
Large colorful salad plate, leaf salads, beetroot, coleslaw, potato salad, caramelized goat cheese, apple-quince chutney: Uh, yeah, well. Completely succeeded,
Top vinaigrette (see above) foamy spicy goat cheese, delicious salad variants,
What more could you want? I'm thinking of something. Pick up a piece of bread for sauce...
Pollinger salmon trout smoked, sour cream pickles, garlic, bread chip: Almost elegantly prepared cucumber salad, green oil, high-quality smoked fish.
Our No. 1 if you want to eat another Kaiserschmarrn that you must have tasted here. Kaiserschmarrn in the Klosterwirt = Champions League.
Almost forgotten: Very good cheese spaetzle, with organic eggs, organic mental, roasted onions, side salad. LEAKY, more so-called net.
Pricing: very fair.
Meanwhile important to mention: No sign of convenience.

Delicious monastery economy with friendly service

Cosy inn with beer garden. Very friendly service and very good food. We had schnitzel and Schlutzkrapfen both delicious! We sat in the beer garden nicely under chestnut trees. Here price/performance is right. Surroundings very worth seeing Monastery Church and Stoa169

Very good location
