Wonderful experience in front of a quiet beach

Especially the hotel restaurant is excellent: the food is delicious and the service, impeccable. Thomas provides great quality Service, and Simon is extremely friendly and attentive, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
The hotel is very nice, always clean, with comfortable and cozy rooms. The outdoor spaces are beautifully furnished and are perfect to enjoy quietly and disconnect completely.
In addition, the beach right in front of the hotel is quiet and charming, ideal for lounging and relaxing.

He's got a lot to improve.

The room was fine but only the double bed had overhang and we were three people; the single beds had no overhang.
One day we came to the room and there were keys attached to the door (there was no one inside toileting), we went to leave the keys at the reception and tell them what happened but they ignored us.
They made the half-baked room toilet, just took out the trash and fixed the big bed. They also took all the towels, we went to ask for more and they were going to give us only one towel (there were three people).
The customer service is not good, the staff is unfriendly; the only friendly person was the watchman who welcomed us on the night, a very helpful and attentive person.
Due to coastal erosion there is no beach in front of the hotel, I think they should update this information on the reservation sites as many people arrive with the expectation of the beach.
Hopefully they pay attention to the feedback because we were not the only unhappy guests and improve the service.

Total disconnection

Spectacular room with sea view. Daily cleaning. All the staff super attentive. Perfect breakfast. The facilities are very good.

Poor service, poorly maintained hotel

Frankly where is the dream??? The photos are watered down because the rooms are very basic and expensive, the pool microscopic and not maintained. Access to the beach: badly shaped concrete with rubbish. Cocktails are expensive and a room has 130 euros for small services...
Brief hotel "puppy" that I really do not recommend.

The hotel with the WORST SERVICE I've ever stayed in.

They took time to deliver the rooms, when they did they gave us one without air, they told us that they would make us an “upgrade” but the room did not have air conditioning, so they moved us to another room waiting for if they could solve the air issue, when they solved it and we had already settled back in, the owner tells us that we had to return the room because an actress arrived who would stay there (no matter that we had a reservation 2 months in advance, they were moving us all afternoon by different rooms carrying bags and we could not enjoy that afternoon at the beach). Thanks to the owner’s lack of friendliness and the fact that we were uncomfortable because they had us from one room to the other we asked to be refunded the money to go and stay elsewhere, because no one wants to spend a birthday celebration in such a place after paying a high value per night in room; still they were still defensive and only returned a few days later 1 night of a 3 night reservation. It was a horrible experience, we had a hard time and we just felt that you have to be a “celebrity” to be taken care of as you should be, no matter if you are paying, that is not enough to be treated well... in the end you are paying for a Service, you want to spend a good holiday and a nice celebration, but in this hotel it was impossible. We had to solve on our own and lost a day of enjoying the paradise that is Palomino. We would never return, nor would we recommend it.
