Last day ruined
Before we decided on this hotel, we asked by phone what the situation was with a late checkout on the last day, and later by email as well, since we saw on the website that the normal checkout is only until 11 a.m.
We were told this is no problem at all and we can gladly do that.
On-site, we checked in, and the next day we asked early on that we would like to book the late checkout for 30€.
This was also the only reason why we booked this hotel, as we wanted a late checkout that was promised to us in advance.
Thereupon we were told we have to come by for that on the last day.
We then went there on the last day and wanted to book it, then we were told no, unfortunately that is not possible, everything is full, we have to get ready in the public shower if we want to stay a bit longer.
Now we know that we were stalled with the hope that someone would cancel on the last day and we would receive the late checkout with a bit of luck.
All our clothes got wet, the suitcases dirty, and worst of all, our entire day that we had completely planned beforehand was completely ruined.
Suddenly no one knows which employee promised us this, and we were robbed of our last day.
