Look no further, stay here
10 stars is not enough. This is the perfect place. It is absolutely gorgeous, the views are un-believable. Its so affordable. The breakfast is SO good, so generous. Dinner is very good and cheap too. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the view when waking up, ill miss it forever.
While all of this is already, absolutely amazing. Its the people here who make it completely unforgettable.
Friendly and nice are not big enough words. The couple who run this place are truly Kind people. The kind you dont meet that often. Everything with a smile. SO helpful and just go out of their way to help. I was even brought to the bus stop on my last day, without even asking. Niko just came to me and told me he would bring me.
I am so thankful I got to stay here. Really never been to such a wonderful place even after traveling for more than 1,5 years total.

It's worth a visit.
We stayed 2 nights on site for 5€ per person per night.
Access to toilets.
Exceptional welcome, small family business.
The mom at the stove for delicious typical dishes, the dad at DIY, the son and his French wife has welcome and service.
I highly recommend.
1.4 km of stony road to access but it passes well.
Beautiful hikes (Blue eyes...) to make from the site.

An unforgettable experience with what felt like family
The most hospitable hosts of a guesthouse you will find.
It was my first guest house experience and it felt like I was staying with family. The two owners are so friendly and caring, helped me with the bus and transportation to the accommodation, made a lovely home cooked breakfast which was included and a dinner which was cosy and tasty. I am so glad I stayed here, it's a bit of a small walk outside of the main town part of Theth which I actually preferred because the road is sooo scenic and I saw pigs, chickens, horses, cows, goats, puppies and sheep- just good to keep in mind if you have big bags to carry.

A true paradise!!
The guesthouse is simple but perfect. The owners welcomed us with open arms and are super friendly. They don't speak English but we made it work. They are super helpful too and just want you to relax and joy the stay. Their son Niko (who speaks English and French) was available on whatsapp to help whenever needed. The house is one of the closest to the trail towards Valbona.
The room was big and fresh and offered splendid view on Theth. Bathroom is simple but functional, water was nicely warm. The food was simple, homemade (homegrown?) and traditional. Breakfast made us happy as it was pancakes and jam!
The house is a little farm in a super quiet area and has chickens, sheep and piglets. We stayed two nights but could have stayed longer as it was so perfect!

Incredibly warm welcome and close to the trail.
The couple who run this place are the kindest, most attentive you could meet. Nothing is too much trouble and although their English is limited, actually non existent, they more than make up for it and communication is OK. Breakfast is homemade from homegrown produce (as is the incredibly smooth raki).
Clean and comfortable and importantly, very close to the trail to/from Valbona.
